The reason I love this place so much is because they're the total package. They're very professional, knowledgeable, kind and gentle with an excellent chair side manner. The billing is explained upfront and very easy to understand. Wonderful staff all around with no weak links. If you're in the market for a dentist I would consider Research Triangle Detal. You won't be disappointed.

I have tremendous dental anxiety and chose this practice based on a recommendation from a friend who gets just as anxious. I was long overdue for a visit and knew I needed work but they welcomed me gently and without judgement of my self-neglect. My most recent follow-up visit I was extra anxious from other things going on and Angela was so sweet and easy-going I was able to relax (mostly). And that is HUGE. Everyone there is kind and welcoming and patient, and I highly recommend them.

I came into the office in excruciating pain—honestly, some of the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. I had been dealing with it for four days, hoping it would go away on its own, and I was praying they would be able to see me. Thankfully, they did. One thing that was a lifesaver is that they’re open on Saturdays. When you’re dealing with a dental emergency, that’s a huge blessing. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was wonderful. They checked on me, made sure I was comfortable, and showed genuine concern while I waited. When I went back for X-rays, the staff was gentle and understanding of the pain I was in. The dentist came in, quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and told me what needed to happen. Once he numbed the area, it was the best feeling I’d had in days. We decided to remove the tooth right then and there. I laid back, closed my eyes, and before I knew it, the procedure was over. It was that quick and painless. I feel so much better now and am incredibly grateful for the care I received. This will be my dental home from now on. I highly recommend Dr. Katta! She is incredibly warm, approachable, and takes the time to listen carefully to all concerns. She never rushes through an appointment and explains everything very clearly. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and welcoming. It is easily the best dental experience I have ever had! Exceptional care from start to finish! Scheduling an appointment with Dr. Katta’s office was very easy, and the wait times were minimal. I cannot praise Dr. Madhuri Katta and her amazing staff enough! I needed to be seen on short notice, and they took care of me right away. Everyone was incredibly respectful, helpful, and kind. Dr. Katta resolved my issue perfectly and made sure I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. She truly cares about your dental health and provides top-tier service. Five stars!

Dr. Madhuri Katta is an excellent dentist. She is highly knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating. She explained the treatment process clearly and patiently answered all my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the visit. The staff was also friendly and the overall experience was smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and the care she provides to her patients.
